Chris Holbert has a long history with the team at WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony. He worked with brokerage owners Michael McKenna and David Vane from 2006 to 2011 and rejoined the team as part of The McKenna Group in 2015. Throughout his career, he has proven to be exceptionally organized, a skilled communicator and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Chris is a strong listener who really hears his client's needs and aspirations. He guides clients through the process by setting expectations, agreeing on their goals and then enthusiastically moving forward with the solutions and strategies that can make their dreams come true.

"Every day you wait is another day you won't get back," Chris says, and that can be applied to life in general and to buying or selling a home. "If either is something that you are considering, I encourage people to begin exploring their options," he says. "If we discover it's not the right time, you can wait, but if you do not explore the possibilities you have no idea of how good the timing may be."

Chris is a life-long resident of the Baltimore-Washington Area. He grew up in Washington, D.C., and currently lives in Columbia, Md. He earned a degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College.

He and his family support Donate Life (a group that raises awareness for organ and tissue donation) with fundraising and participation in the organization's annual 5K. He makes time for weightlifting and cycling, and enjoys reading motivational, spiritual and biblical books that make him a better person in his personal life and in his career.
