A large part of the McKenna & Vane's sales strategy comes through Michael's certification as an e-PRO® by the National Association of Realtors®. Michael has put into place a system for maximizing web-based marketing: several social media accounts, stunning photography and staging, online tours and dedicated URLs for each property. This allows each of his Realtors® to focus solely on client relationships and the details of a transaction.
Michael is motivated by his firm belief that anything is possible. "If you want it bad enough and focus on the end goal, you will achieve it." For Michael, that means bringing together his roles as mentor, recruiter and business owner to continue to build WEICHERT, REALTORS® – McKenna & Vane. He opened a new office in Mount Airy in December 2014 and will continue to look for opportunities to grow.
Raised in Burtonsville, Md., Michael now resides in Dayton, Md. He graduated from Frostburg State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical science, with a minor in business management.
