Today’s View – August 6, 2020  Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (8/6/2020) not including new construction 21 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 70 are under contract, and 51 have sold in the last 30 days. The absorption rate (Active/30 day sold) is .43 which is considered a seller’s market

While the minimum lot size is just .08 acres and the maximum lot size is 50 acres, the median is .95 acres.
