About Carol

Since my very first job out of school, I have been associated with real estate starting in the mortgage division with the then largest savings and loan in Maryland - Loyola Federal Savings and Loan.

Throughout my career I have worked with real estate developers, primarily handling the expansion of the Columbia and Piney Orchard communities, concerning commercial building and residential housing.   This lead me to working as a Property Manager of homeowner associations (HOA) as well as condominium complexes and being responsible for budgeting, grounds and building maintenance, and all manner of association work.

I have maintained a Maryland Real Estate license since 1979, and not being content to simply be licensed and stop there, I have immersed myself in the field by working with the Association of Realtors as a Board Member and belonging to related organizations.  The following is an outline of my accreditations and membership relations.

Associate Broker - only 1% of all Realtors hold this title

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist - only 3% of all Realtors achieve this designation

C.D.P.E. - Certified Distressed Property Expert - less than 1% of all Realtors achieve this designation

ASP - Accredited Staging Professional - less than 1% of all Realtors maintain this designation

M.R.P. - Military Relocation Professional - less than 1,000 agents achieve this designation
